As part of your role as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and developing strong relationships with clients in KOREA and surrounding countries, acting as the main point of contact between Pix Mob and its clients. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and success, while also contributing to client growth and loyalty.
Accordingly, your main tasks will be the following:
Client relations and sales (75%)
Generate and manage the sales pipeline as well as support certain existing accounts;
Create a network of outbound leads;
Evaluate and take into account the objectives of the event for each potential client in order to guide them towards our adapted solution;
Identify key sales opportunities, design proposals for customers to demonstrate the importance of our solutions;
Generate rate proposals and presentations;
Close sales with new and old customers, meet or exceed quarterly sales targets;
Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure projects run smoothly;
Perform regular updates on the sales pipeline and update sales opportunities in Salesforce;
Presence required at trade shows.
Account management (25%)
Build relationships with current and potential accounts by actively seeking new opportunities to add value, build relationships, improve processes and promote recurring business
Increase knowledge of the decision-making process in each account;
Improve understanding of key market segments and geographic markets by monitoring trends and staying informed.
The requirements for this position:
Minimum undergraduate degree required (Bachelor) or equivalent
Minimum 10 years experience in B2 B sales, preferably in entertainment, sports and/or event sectors
Strong understanding of the entertainment, sports and event industries in Australia / Japan / Korea / Saudi Arabia / Brazil
Entrepreneurial, passionate and determined to achieve success in a sales role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, set goals and measure progress accordingly, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to travel internationally (25-50%)
Perseverance, diplomacy and strong interpersonal communication skills;
Adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments and managing priorities that fluctuate frequently.
Salesforce / CRM
Nice to have:
Ability to speak other languages (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese)
Experience in events/shows production;
Experience in a B2 B sales role.
The position may include:
International travel to meet clients and attend Pix Mob events (25-50%)
