Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of / and merchant active stores Delivery of own sales targets – own portfolio of Key Accounts including cross sell GB products, together with sales operational metrics (e.g.

Refund Ratio, Non Exit Point, Non Cash, MCC etc kpi targets)Delivery of account specific contractual obligations Account Plan for any GA to be discussed min 2 times yearly with line manager and GAMCustomer relationship management to reach partnership level Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services Perform, manage and coordinate SELL OUT, and business support activities for assigned portfolio of merchants(TFS, DCC)Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity Follow GB guidelines and excellent usage of GB sales tools Ensure that all relative market and business information is transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way Delivery of new business affiliation Win-Back GA brands for TFS and DCCCreate relationship with higher level of assigned key large merchants Strengthen relationship as well as selling-in when they expand to new stores and formats(e.g.

Ideally in retail , financial services or tourist / hospitality industry Sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets Minimum More than 2 years’ experience in Key Account or Sales Management The candidate with good network in retail industry will be preferred.

Hands on experience in proposing, planning and carrying out marketing and sales events.

Experience working with partners and stakeholders in leading and coordinating technology projects Good understanding of inbound travel business Demonstrate good presentation skills to attend partner and client meetings Strong oral and written communication skills
