Required profile:Level of education & Knowledge: Graduate level university degree in business administration, polymer science or related subjectsFluent English and Korean in speaking and writingExperience in general: 8-10 years of working experience at Chemical industry and minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management through direct customer contactHas relevant experience, knowledge, and skills to handle NE/SE Asia business together with Korea domestic sales managementExperience to handle both domestics and import/export sales management Professional experience in the respective key account industryDevelop new projects on Eco products with experiences and deep knowledge on ISCC plus certificate and process, target to industry leading customersHas customer connections and relationship through latest organizational awareness e.g. Samsung ElectronicsProject management experience for new business development Professional skills: Familiar with INEOS Styrolution organization and processesStrategy development and Planning for key OEM accounts e.g. Samsung ElectronicsBroad range of understanding across upstream and downstream of petrochemical industry and market dynamicsCompetencies, Behavioral skills:Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skill in both written and verbalNegotiate and implement pricing mechanism proactively to achieve profit targetDemonstrated success in having cultivated key accounts / projects for new business developmentProject management skills including planning and organizingExcellent presentation skill with computer proficiency in spread sheet and presentation software tools.Entrepreneurial ActionConflict ManagementG.
