The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.Qualifications Working experience or in upper upscale or luxury brand hotels, preferably within HyattMinimum 4 years work experience in Pastry kitchen in luxury international brand hotelsProgressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar roleComprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety StandardsAbility to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systemsStrong leadership capabilitiesPassion for working with people
