Implement and maintain a Supplier Quality Management System that is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and EXCi PACT Pharmaceutical Auxiliary Materials guideline. Responsible to maintain a high level of performance of required activities which includes Qualification of raw materials, direct product contact packaging components and their suppliers, requalification of these same materials and their suppliers every three years based upon criticality and qualification of service suppliers and logistics providers. Maintain raw material specifications, processing of changes to raw materials as communicated by suppliers, fashioning of customer notifications of changes, processing, and adherence to change notification procedures and completion of risk assessments, administration of supplier scorecards and supplier complaints. Ensure proper oversight and prioritization of safety assurance, quality assurance, team daily work activities, continuous improvement / operational excellence activities, training, and development of personnel within the Media Supplier Quality Management team. High level of close contact and collaboration with other departments within the organization.
