Job Description
1) Deliver qualitative medical and product information to doctors, convince them to prescribe our products.
2) Responsible for sales and promotion activities of clinics by visiting doctors and key persons in charge of administration.
3) Gather information on market situation, competitors, customers and feedback to the District sales manager. Prepare a monthly report on these agenda to assess strategy implementation.
4) Achieve territory management
5) Manage and develop extensive relationship with doctors and key persons from administration
6) Participate in various programs such as seminar, speaker forum, symposium, and academic meeting
7) Plan, implement, monitor and correct customer segmentation and targeting
8) Implement Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives
9) Show self-leadership and individual behavior fully aligned with MKL’s core values and compliance
