Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieving and exceeding annual portfolio revenue targets
- Responsibility for customer (surgeon) engagement and key opinion leader engagement
- Brainstorm and develop medical education programs for key customer groups in isolation or in collaboration with other business units
- Strategic marketing planning and execution, product life cycle management including product launch and portfolio analysis
- Develop relationships globally to assist in developing our local market and share best practice
- Assist in the delivery of sales-based product training activities and in conjunction with training manager develop effective methods of product training engagement
- Responsibility for developing and communicating product positioning and messaging through effective training of the sales team
- Leading installation and progress of marketing activities
- Creation and management of marketing material of effective sales tools including, and not limited to, execution of digital strategy and tactics
- Leads the marketing development effort to bring new products from concept through commercialization including market exit
- Acquires product information through market research and regional input to assure projects meet the needs of the intended markets
- Works across multiple internal and external groups such as design, packaging and labeling, regulatory claims, surgical technique generation, advertising, sales force education, etc
- Maintains high level of product category knowledge through staying current in published information, regional market contacts, surgeon interaction, and industry educational meetings
- Own major brands and/or sub-segment of the portfolio
- Responsible for cultivating strategy at the brand and/or sub-segment level
- Ensures execution of key strategies for the brand and/ or sub-segment level
- Interact closely with Marketing Communication teams to define clear messaging for the brands/sub-segments
- Define clinical evidence plan with the clinical strategic lead for the bands and/or sub-segment.

ㆍ경력 : 신입/경력 3년 ~ 10년
ㆍ의료기기 또는 동종업계 마케팅 유경험자
우대사항
ㆍ비지니스 영어회화 가능자, MS OFFICE 능숙자
