Role Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will take the lead in promoting and selling laboratory consumables and equipment to clients in the Life Sciences sector. This field-based role focuses on nurturing existing customer relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities. Success in this position requires a solid technical foundation in Life Sciences and a strong ability to drive business growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Key Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related Life Science discipline (or equivalent experience).
·Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of Life Science consumables and equipment.
·Strong technical knowledge of Life Science research and laboratory workflows.
·Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
·Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
·Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
·Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications
·Experience working with academic, biotech, clinical, or pharmaceutical laboratories.
·Familiarity with CRM systems and distributor management.
