Position Title : Customer Care Agent Organizational Fit Base: Korea / Function: Strategy & Market Management Direct report to Head of Customer Interaction Center Purpose/Mission of the position: Drive improvement of sales efficiency & productivity by pro-actively handling of customer request through in/outbound calls as well as documents with professional manner to improve the customer satisfaction by providing optimized solution and service based on customer value map(CVM).

Achieve defined sales target and profit by telephone/digital(virtual)-based proactive and automated marketing activities.

Key Accountabilities Achieve defined sales revenues & related target by proactive outbound sales activities.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored service level according to customer value map.

Ensures that calls and documents are answered within customer service level and in an appropriate manner for customer satisfaction.

Improve first call resolution to provide exceptional customer experience.

Drive improvement of sales efficiency and productivity by providing value-added service to customers: especially Care service, Outbound activities Care service: providing tailored service according to customer value map(CVM) to optimize Field Sales Engineer‘s efficiency and increase customer satisfaction as well as royalty.

2) Outbound: planning and implementing outbound activities to contribute on company sales growth directly such as key product promotion for target customer and lead management follow-up in aligned with Marcom and PMM.

Educational Background Bachelor’s Degree (in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics engineering preferred) Business English language skills preferred.

Experiences/Requirements Inside Sales/Sales support/Technical support experienced (3~4 Years recommended) Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset Highly adaptable to changes in business direction.

Good communication skill & interpersonal skill Good negotiation skill Excellent time management skills Well handling of MS Office, SAP
