About the team Tik Tok's Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth.

We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.

Vertical Lead Korea plays a critical role in partnering with advertisers within e Commerce that are performance-marketing driven verticals to drive revenue of Tik Tok Global Business Solutions.

A successful candidate should drive consultative engagements with C-level executives that drive business growth for our clients and will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketingfranchise.

Responsibilities1.

Identify, prioritize and secure revenue opportunities by creating new partnerships and managing existing clients in the e Commerce industry2.

Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives & be instrumental in the external narrative of Tik Tok3.

Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services and contribute to the development of thought leadership4.

Analyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimized media solutions5.

Leverage cross function such as marketing, client solutions team to drive revenue and product development6.

Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to e Commerce sales team Minimum Qualifications1.

Experience in a commercial role at a technology-driven company or digital advertising company 2.

minimum 3+ years of people management experience2.

Experience working with Retail and/or e Commerce clients 3.

Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing Preferred Qualifications1.

Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers 2.

Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking3.

Proficient English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
