Region APC > Service APAC > ROS GA & JP Vestas Asia Pacific is responsible for the Sales, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout the region. We aim to be the No. 1 performing Business Unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas the best place to work. The Head of Service Commercial, APAC is responsible for the commercial completed project of the Service business within this Region. you are in a leadership role, ensuring adherence and smooth execution of sales process by account teams throughout all deal phases. you actively engages with supporting functions and adheres to process and data management. The Head of Service Commercial, APAC promotes profitable growth, guiding the SBU Service account teams to employ value-based selling practices to achieve commercial growth and actively supporting development of supporting commercial functions. Responsibilities Setting goals for the account teams - ensure quotas are reached and distributed correctly, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader Developing robust Account Management plans, budgets and strategies for local markets, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader Leading account teams across APAC Reviewing pipeline against target and taking action to secure business is on track Defining action plan based on Customer Loyalty Score results, and coordinate implementation within SBU Confront account teams across SBU to fulfil obligations Reviewing and approving/confronting final commercial offer Coaching account and sales to ensure correct prioritization of- and approach to opportunities Coordinating sales training programs in SBU Directly Handling 1-2 key accounts Qualifications Sales strategy and commercial acumen Understanding of large infrastructure project economics Coaching on sales process and methodology Embracing and championing change Setting the pace and culture for service sales in the region Ability to motivate and inspire the regional organization to rally and support key account activities Value identification, value creation, value communication & value captures Account management best practices Multidisciplinary collaboration Value chain / cross-functional understanding Competencies High customer and service orientation High communication skills Structured and organizational way of working High problem-solving skills Ability to be passionately enthusiastic about the job What We Offer A team of skilled and committed colleagues who are enthusiastic about wind energy The opportunity developing a career within a very exciting industry in a global company Additional Benefit Flexible benefits plan Medical insurance / Hospitalization / Life insurance Critical illness insurance Personal accident insurance International business travel insurance Additional annual leave to statutory ( business days) Maternity leave Pregnancy treatment leave Paternity leave Paid sick/ medical leave Half day off (a half-day off in the afternoon on the eves of mid-autumn festival, new year And lunar new year) Annual medical examination Send flower to employees in case of employee’s wedding or funeral Long service award Diverse and open work environment Highly value career development of employees, support internal transfer and promotion Additional Information We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date.
