Join ourteam as a Technical Service Specialist, where you will play a vital role inensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support, focusingprimarily on low voltage motors and geared motors, with occasional work on highvoltage motors.

Key Responsibilities: Service Business Promotion: Provide accurate proposalsand spare parts to enhance our service offerings.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers and Authorized Repair Centers.

Problem Solving: Analyze site issues and offersuitable solutions, coordinating with headquarters as needed.

Service Contracts: Manage and support customers underdedicated service contracts.

On-Site Service: Perform on-site service interventionsto address customer support requests.

Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and managesub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other functionsto help achieve overall company targets.
