Senior Program Manager-(CIS00011S)Your Impact:·Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources areutilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.·Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems.·Assists in maintaining, developing, planning, implementing, programming, and/or coordinating JIOC-K/USFK J2 intelligence projects.·Assists in planning and implementing projects throughout the lifecycle process.·Coordinates respectively with DIA/CIO-K or other ISPs on all IT and C4ISR system or Information Management projects.·Coordinates and tracks USFK J2 and JIOC-K consolidated annual projects by providing updated status of completed work and an analysis/risk assessment.·Coordinates planning documents required to execute programs and projects throughrequisition/contracting and execution process.·Research capability gaps and assists in drafting initiatives enhancing U.S. and Combinedcapabilities for data sharing and dissemination.·Performs market research and documents "best of three to five" solutions and associated coststo support each initiative.·Participates in and take notes for VTCs concerning assigned projects.·Organizes and facilitates transformation conferences and working groups.·Coordinates with USFK J2 Security on planning and executing Construction Security Plansand supporting Site Security Representatives and Site Security Managers.·Assists in scheduling and conducting weekly project/requirement status meeting with keymanagers, project/requirement sponsors.·Assists in ensuring that each requirement is aligned to the Combined Intelligence Guidance,DIA Strategy, USFK and INDOPACOM priorities.·May work emerging requirements related to increased military and/or malign influence campaign activity from North Korea or its allies. #DVS #DIVERGENT #DIVERGENTSOLUTIONSHere's What You'll Need:·Familiar with ODNI and DIA analytical tradecraft standards.·Familiarity with the United States Forces Korea (USFK), North Korean Threat Capabilities, and the Korean Theater of Operations (KTO).·Possess general information systems experience working with select DoD datasets and intelligence reporting activities. Preferred: ·Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.·Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
