Job Description•Acts as a focal point for large account network problem resolution and provides technical leadership for Critical Accounts where Cisco is at risk.•Effectively manage the current and future requirement for Client (Cisco) to debug broad and complex problems•Helps customer solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity.•Troubleshooting network security related issues in production networks.•Replicate the customer issues in lab environment.•Working as mediator between partners and BU for defect and research related issues.•Work with engineering teams to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.•Work on problems of diverse scope.•Create knowledge articles for subordinates and other team members.•Content Development Write Techzone, CCO (White Papers), contribute to Cisco engineering community to simplify the support experience for customers.•Engineering Partnership Drive improvement in product Serviceability, New Product/Feature Incubation, Field Quality/Top Issues etc.•Talent Development Conduct Training Programs/Mentoring for Technical Consulting Engineers.

Job Requirement•Communication capability in Both Korean (Native)and English (영어소통역량이 부족하셔도 부족하셔도 지원 가능 하십니다 하십니다 )o현지에 한국인 매니저가 상주 및 대응합니다o지원고객사 대부분이 한국 소재 고객사입니다o간단한 영어 이메일 작성/소통 및 초보적 대화 소통 수준이셔도 업무 수행 가능합니다•Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Engineering field (Not required)•4-15+ years of CISCO network relevant technical work/support experience (junior to senior levels available)o Hands on experience on LAN Switching, Wireless, Architecture, NMS, DNA Center, RP (Routing Protocol) and SDWAN.o Routing protocols: OSPF, RIP, BGP, Static.o Switching: STP, RSTP, VTP, VLAN, Aggregation Protocols (PAg P/LACP)o Security: ACL, NAT, VPN IPsec Tunnel, SSL VPN Tunnel.oo Load balancer : Big IP F5 , Cirtix, Net Scaler, Riverbed, Barracuda or any one of the producto Troubleshooting tools: Wireshark, Putty, TCPDUMP etco Configuration and Troubleshooting for Cisco Telepresence Immersive and Non-Immersiveoo•CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent certification – preferred, but not required•Ability to write bash/python scripts is a plus.
