This position will provide HR support to the business and act as a collaborator to integrate the Human Resources solutions with the business plans, to support the delivery of current and strategic business priorities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? Develop and execute C&B related strategies, policies, procedures and programs which supporting business needs and also are in compliance with legal requirement Working closely with line department to advise management on various C&B programs.
Lead the team to manage the payroll for whole MO in a timely and accurately way Prepare and control overall C&B budgets Maintain Workday employee data to ensure data base quality and integrity; Participate in compensation and benefit survey and conduct the benchmarking analysis to make sure our competitiveness in the market Familiar with labor law and interact with external consultants and government agencies to provide suggestions when dealing with various employee relations issue Manage vendor service of social benefit agency and medical insurance company Be responsible for the team performance, and coach subordinates by giving proper guidance/necessary training Conduct other projects for HR as requested.

WHAT YOU NEED IS University degree, majoring in HR is an advantage Excellent in excel, Power Point, word etc MS-office software application, knowledge of Workday system Minimum 7 years related experience in C&B function in a multinational company.
Experience in sales organization is a must.
Master the knowledge of C&B functions,.
job evaluation, C&B benchmarking, sales incentive design, etc.
Ability to interpret and analyze the C&B report Be sensitive to numbers, patient, accurate Understand the business model and the business needs in order to link all activities closely with business needs Ability to identify the issue and analyze the situation to establish a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal.
Working effectively with team to accomplish organizational goals.
Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals.
Facilitating the development of others’ knowledge and skills; providing timely feedback and guidance to help them reach goals.
