This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day Pest Control and Life Style Brand business (F-Killer/OFF/Method/Mrs Meyer's Clean Day) under distributor model, and accountable for launching new products, implementing portfolio restages and guiding distributor to be compliant with Global brand equity and executing marketing campaigns to grow the business profitability while gaining share and strengthening the brand equity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead key projects and initiatives for Pest Control business (F-Killer/OFF) and Life Style Brand business (Method/Mrs Meyer’s Clean Day), providing insights and actions to address problems to solveContribute to defining the business strategy and translate into a winning go-to market planDrive commercialization of new products, as well as the sustainability strategyProvide input to Global Marketing on NPD concepts as well as develop local regional base news opportunitiesWork closely with Sales and distributor to optimize customer plansOwn S&OP marketing inputs at the country levelGrow the business in terms of sale, profits, and shareManage and achieve successful financial outcomes through effective P&L Management and ROIRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
