The Commercial Assistant Analyst role will support the growth of the Pepsi Co Foods business in Korea (Quaker and Snacks) by driving commercial execution and managing day-to-day operations with key customers.
This role will work closely withthe Korea Foodsleadtoexecutebusiness plans,managecustomer communication, andcoordinateinternal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
The position requires a hands-on commercial operator who is comfortable managing daily execution details whilemaintainingstrong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
What you will be repsponsible for:
Key Account Management
Support day-to-day management of major customers including:
Coupang
Costco
Other modern trade / e-commerce partners
Responsibilities include:
Daily communication with buyers
Managing product listings and assortment updates
Supporting promotion planning and execution
Handling operational requests from customers
Coordinating product launches with customers
Monitoring sales performance andidentifyingopportunities
2. Commercial Operations & Administrative Support
Support the day-to-day business operations:
Supporting PO, invoiceprocessinganddocumentation
Following up with customersregardingpayment status and outstanding balances
Ensuring smooth order-to-cash processes with internal teams and customers
Managing sample requests and shipments between internal teams, customers, and suppliers
Coordinating product registration and listing processes with customers
Assistingwith meeting coordination, customer visits, and internal communications
3. Sales &Commercial Support Support execution of commercial plans for the Korea Foods portfolio
Assistin coordinating new product launches with customers and internal teams
Support pricing updates and promotional execution
Track product performance and prepare business updates
Assistin preparing materials for customer meetings and business reviews
4. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teamsand responsibilities include:
Managingnewproductlaunchsetup and operational processes
Supporting artwork approval and product launch processes
Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customer Qualifications
What you will need to have: Experience managing key accounts or buyer communicationisa must Strong execution and project management capability Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders Strong communicationskills in Korean andfluent in English Comfortable working in a hands-on and fast-moving environment
