We are looking for an outstanding Communications Lead to join us at Tik Tok South Korea and help make an impact on our brand and our business.

Responsibilities- Leading the strategic development and execution of communications and media relations initiatives for South Korea, in partnership with PR agency partners and country communications lead in various markets.- Working with cross-functional internal stakeholders, to understand the overall product, operations, marketing and partnerships imperatives with an objective of aligning them with the market's communications objectives and initiatives.- Partnering with global and regional communications team members to build communications strategies, and campaigns, that promote and enhance the overall reputation of Tik Tok and all its brands.- Developing and maintaining strong press relationships and network in South Korea, working with reporters on a daily basis, juggling a combination of proactive and reactive communications efforts that protect and enhance our reputation.- Inspiring, guiding and partnering with PR agency teams to deliver business and communication results.- Managing the PR budget for South Korea along with its effective allocation to support business goals- Working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Minimum Qualifications:- Extensive experience in PR and Communications field- Minimum bachelor's degree in Communications or related field- Strong command of spoken and written in English- Experience influencing and building with XFN- Ability to build thought leadership positions and handle critical media inquiries effectively and proactive media outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:- Experienced working in PR agency experience - Handling tech product, clients or government background
