Safety Senior Executive Position This position is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by implementing and overseeing safety, and environmental policies.

This role involves identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, providing safety training, and responding to incidents promptly to protect employees and prevent accidents.

Job responsibilities Monitor compliance with local and global safety regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes Audit facility practices to ensure compliance with company programs and global occupational safety regulations Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards and recommend corrective actions for any identified safety violations Support to maintain the Safety Program for evaluating risk assessments and identify potential hazards while developing a contingency plan Respond to Safety incidents, report as appropriate in accordance with company policy, and conduct investigations to determine root causes and complete appropriate corrective actions Support to conduct safety-related training programs to ensure co-workers’ readiness and managers’ competence in co-worker safety Measure and evaluate the performance and condition of safety equipment on a regular basis to ensure the safety of employees and prevent accidents  Profile Bachelor’s degrees in related field Minimum 5-year work experience in safety consulting or related fields Experiences in risk assessment and implementing preventative measures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)Communication skills both in Korean and English Certification as a Certified Safety Professional or equivalent are preferred.
