Job Summary: The Admissions and Customer Experience Assistant is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data within the College’s school information system, ensuring that all leads, as well as information regarding prospective and newly enrolled pupils, are entered correctly and promptly. Working collaboratively with other team members, the Admissions and Customer Experience Assistant helps to deliver personalised, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed experience for prospective and new families, as well as for current families during the withdrawal process. Requirements: The successful candidate must have: Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, administration, marketing, or a related field
Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to engage effectively with families
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient communication skills in Korean and English
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Understanding of, and respect for, educational environments
