Your role - Feild Service Supervisor
Domestic & Global supporting nationwide service operations with occasional coordination with regional suppliers or partners.
Requires strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal teams (warehouse, service engineers, and sales) and external suppliers.
The efficiency of work and quality of customer management depend on team workload, inventory availability, and the level of collaboration with external service partners.
Oversees daily service requests, prioritizes urgent cases, coordinates field service activities, conducts team briefings, reviews performance metrics, and handles weekly reporting and process improvement planning.
Ensures service quality, response times, customer satisfaction scores, and team performance metrics meet targets. To succeed, you will need
Experience:
- At least Ten years of working experience in Relevant sales and/or marketing experience in either Service or prime equipment
- Experience with project management
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is considered a plus
Knowledge/Skills:
- A good command of English is required
- A strong and active communicator who can work with many different profiles of people across all levels in the organization
- Eletrician Craftsman(National technical qualification)
