This position reports directly to the Finance Controller, SEF South Korea.You’ll also get to:Lead planning processes, including setting targets, communicating assumptions, coordinating budget preparation, challenging submissions, and seeking synergies upon consolidationTranslate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and support execution in a controlled risk and reward based mannerInterpret and make effective management decisions using benchmarking, trends, and other planning and forecasting methods; develop and implement improvements to the planning processesMeasure and drive customer profitabilityOversee and take necessary action for understanding and adherence to various DOA and compliance requirementsPartner closely with Finance Director, MAC + FAMM to influence strategic and operational decisionsPartner closely with Sales Leadership & Channel Marketing teams to drive strategy and develop plans to exceed financial commitmentsPresent financial statements and analysis to executive management and provide recommendations for improvementsWho You AreYou always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? MBA Degree or CPA, preferredOver 7 years’ experience in accounting or financial part.Experience for FP&A Knowledge about K-GAAP and US GAAPMeasure and drive customer profitabilityStrong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadershipStrong problem solving, business case development, and communication skillsHigh business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional and business leadersLeadership and management skills with a proven track record of building, leading, and managing through changeStrong PC skills in a wide variety of applications, including Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, SAP Business Warehouse and BA&R.Experience in manufacturing site/ automotive preferredHands on experience with SAP preferred #LI-DNP
