Responsibilities: - Market Expansion: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 space within Korea and China.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Partnership Development: - Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including blockchain projects, investors, and technology partners.

- Negotiate and close business deals that align with our strategic goals.

- Client Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Korea and China.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

- Project Management: - Oversee the implementation of business development projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.

Requirements - Language Skills: - Fluency in both Korean and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.

- Proficiency in English is a plus.

- Experience: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain industry.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and closing business deals.

- Skills: - Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
