EMD Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the commercial activities for our Delivery Systems and Services business unit.

In this newly created role you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the business, including customer relationships, product management, and market strategy.

The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering results and driving business growth. In this position you will be responsible for the Business Unit Profit and loss (P&L) as well as key cash flow management.

You will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed the business unit's financial targets and market share objectives; driving growth and profitability through effective management of sales and marketing, and have authority to influence R&D, sourcing, and operational activities in a matrix.

Externally you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers partners, and industry influencers. Internally you will lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring the development and retention of top talent. To be successful you will need to oversee the launch of new products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives, doing so by analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.

Finally, in this role you will be a member of the combined leadership team and key decision maker for activities across the entire business unit. Who you are: Minimum Qualifications Degree in a STEM subject or business10+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry Experience leading internationally/globally teams and business units Preferred Qualifications Prgressive accountability and successful track record in Marketing, Sales, R&D or Operations in the semiconductor industry Proven track record in achieving outstanding financial and other (innovation-related) results Extensive exprience of leading large organisations as well as in the matrix Able to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Be a clear and strategic thinker with excellent knowledge in required technologies
