Ansan site is to design and assembly of equipment to control the limited distribution of gasses and chemicals Discover more about DS&S (Delivery Systems & Services) Korea (Click) Manage and supervise the manufacturing of all Delivery System products being produced at DS&S Ansan site to facilitate attaining all company standards and global best practices for EH&S, efficiency, reliability, quality, and related customer services. Mentor, advise, initiate, facilitate, motivate DS&S Ansan site Manufacturing (approx. 90 people) and the Quality operations team to achieve excellence in operations, productivity, reliability, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. Plan, organize, direct and control operations of Delivery System equipment manufacturing to internal and external customers. Lead production schedule and inventory based on S&OP process, Safety, Environmental, Quality Control, Production, Packaging, shipping, Cost Management, and Administrative activities, etc. Develop strong relationship with country EH&S organization to ensure company safety strategy is met and supervise investigations of all plant and personnel accidents. Lead the daily production activities of the plant to ensure safe and efficient operations following all corporate and governmental operating and safety procedures. Responsible for staffing of new and replacement positions within the manufacturing and shop quality, developing personnel to meet future needs, and ensuring that all plant personnel is properly trained to perform their jobs optimally and safely. Responsible for coordinating personnel functions for all plant employees, including promotions, transfers, discipline, and dismissals, and being primarily responsible people to connect with the labor union. Reduce costs through the implementation of productivity improvement projects and continuous improvement processes. Cooperate internally with Commerical, Engineering, Project Execution, Field Services, and Business Admin, and Manufacturing shop Quality Control. Cooperate externally with all sites in Korea, Global DS&S team, US and China/Taiwan manufacturing teams, HQ of Electronics, and customers such as Samsung, SK Hynix, Intel and Micron. Report to DS&S Korea General Manager. Who You Are Minimum B. S. degree or equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields (with hands-on experience). At least 15 years of experience in production, preferably in Semiconductor equipment-related, Automotive (Machine, Robot, etc.), Healthcare (CT, Ultrasonic scanner, MRA/MRI, etc.) industries. Preferred experience in manufacturing gas or chemical supply package systems consisting of pipes/tubes, fittings, automatic valves, pressure reducing valves, flowmeter, pressure transmitters, and indicators. (The package system is controlled with PLC.)Strong financial acumen with prior responsibility for financial (Gross Margin) performance. Drive organizational structures and programs (e.g. footprint changes, migration/localization, consolidation, new product, process, and equipment requirements) to meet business goals. Progressive people management skills and leadership of a multifunctional team. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and customer relations skills, with excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong technical problem-solving mentality with the ability to lead multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining focus and customer-centricity.
