This Global Asset and Network Management manager translates business requirements and strategic initiatives into detailed multi-year asset plan, fulfillment processes, and capabilities that fuel the future growth of the Thin Film Business. This position is Owner of product cost strategy & capacity/capability planning, leading internal stakeholders for product delivery & optimized use of assets/capabilities. 1. Investment Management: Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns on the organization's asset portfolio. Monitor and manage investment performance and risk. Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.2. Supply Strategy Develop new products at the G3 phase to build a reliable supply chain. Oversee the organization's asset portfolio and assess customer needs to develop a supply strategy. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure machine loading is below 80% while maintaining sufficient capacity to meet customer demand. Ensure the supply strategy maximizes benefits for both the company and customers.3. Product Cost Ownership Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to understand the product cost structure. Develop cost efficiency proposals based on the cost structure. Oversee raw material and fleet costs.4. BCP (Business Continuity Planning) Management Identify and assess potential risks associated with investments. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.5. Team Collaboration Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, control, ISC, and global engineering, to ensure seamless asset management operations. Mentor and guide junior team members. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Who you are Bachelor’s degree and above in engineering, technical, or related field is required. +10 years’ experience in marketing, engineering, supply chain, customer applications support/sales, technology, or operations within the semiconductor industry. Ability to analyze complicated data sets and maintain data integrity. Strong collaborator, self-starter with interpersonal and communication skills, especially across a matrix and global organization. Solid project management skills with a disciplined approach; proved ability to motivate team members from various support groups.
