Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality weekly demand forecasts to balance customer service and optimized inventory levels.

Analyze sales data, market trends, marketing activities, and promotions to create short-term forecasts.

Generate mid-term forecasts for capacity planning and investment decisions.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and aligned forecasts with financial plans.

Design seasonal product sell-out plans to minimize inventory disposal and optimize provision strategies.

Partner with Supply Planning to develop inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and phase-outs.

Analyze sales and marketing data to improve forecast accuracy and methodology.

Prepare and conduct internal and external meetings.

Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or a related FMCG field.

Strong expertise in SAP or APO (preferred).

Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.
