What You Will Do: Find New Customers : Identify and secure important clients by understanding their needs and creating tailored proposals.

Solve Problems : Learn about potential clients' challenges and show them how go FLUENT's solutions can improve learning outcomes.

Present Strong Cases : Create convincing business proposals that explain the value of our software solutions.

Build Relationships : Develop strong, consultative relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers.

Work with Teams : Collaborate with different teams to close deals and create growth opportunities.

Represent go FLUENT : Attend events and exhibitions, traveling within your area to support sales efforts.

Who Were Looking For: Experienced Salesperson : At least 3 years of experience in B2 B sales, ideally in HR services, recruitment, finance, or professional services.

Experience with Saa S and international sales is a plus.

Bilingual : Fluent in Korean and able to communicate in English (intermediate to advanced level).

Relationship Builder : Good at making connections with senior managers and executives.

Strong Communicator : Excellent at writing, speaking, giving presentations, and negotiating.

Team Player : Works well in a fast-paced environment, motivated to achieve results.

Social Media User : Active on Linked In and other platforms to help grow business.

Industry Knowledge : Experience in training, e-learning, or HR solutions is a plus.

Education : A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a bonus.
