Job Description Establish a collection plan for the collection target customers and visit the customer for collection activities. Recognize non-performing loans in advance and carry out activities to collect them.
Manage Days of Outstanding to maintain financial soundness.
Support collection activities for part-timers during their non-working period.
Encourage on-time payment by visit accounts that have delayed collection of accounts that have switched to online collection.
Identify and support the resolution of potential customer service issues.
Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
Provide Support the work of the AR manager as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 2 years in Experience working Face-to-Face with customers in a multinational environment is preferred.
Understanding for the aesthetic market business and have experience in clinic collection work is a plus.
Having experience in driving insight and analytical skills to interpret data, identify areas for business improvement, and drive performance.
Proficiency in SAP, demand planning tools, dashboard experience / knowledge is desirable Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills are required Customer centric mindset for customers, tone and manners Great compliance and ethical standards Drives continuous improvement and simplicity in process and approach and enhances agility.
Demonstrated business ethics and integrity.
