Description Main Objective: The (Associate) Product Marketing Manager position is responsible for developing overall CE & IR product marketing strategies, tactics and provide the tools for sales reps and business partners to execute the product strategy while closely working with Senior Group Product Marketing Manager. This position also involves providing marketing, technical and product training expertise to address the changing needs of distributors and healthcare practitioners (HCPs). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and provides input into creating overall product strategy, with closely work with Sr. Group Product manager as part of Arthrex Korea business plan.Identifies market potential, establishes pricing and marketing strategies, sales forecasting, new product launch, and manages mature product through phase-out.Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends and provides competition.Responsible for product life cycle management for all introduced product lines with appropriate product information to supply chain and customer service.Closely co-work and support Int’l Synergy Product Marketing group to align with Global marketing strategies and achieve objectives. Take roles and duties on ‘Service and Repair’ of I&R products and provide all needed support to provide superior quality service to our customers and operation team. Assists Senior Group Product Marketing Manager for market research, , in-market data collection, and analysis to help implement marketing and product launch plans for all Arthrex product lines. Helps coordinate product launches with regulatory affairs, med ed, supply chain, customer service, and distribution channels.Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments such as medical education, finance, supply chain/customer service, RA/QA, etc.Provides sales support tools and programs including product manuals, technical expertise, and training to distributors and HCPs.Conduct marketing events such as medical congresses.Collaborates with Operations Co-Ordinator to arrange demos.Collects information and monitors progress of product sales.Support full compliance with healthcare regulations.Travel required to perform duties.
