1. Responsible for the operation management of outsourcing partners in South Korea, improve efficiency and capabilities of warehouse, customs, local & international transportation;
2. Build the core capabilities of overseas supply chains, set up self-operated teams, and be responsible for 2 B/2 C warehousing operations, import and export customs declaration, and local express collection/transportation capabilities;
3. Responsible for local business development, key account services, price setting, and increase business volume in the region;
4. Responsible for the improvement and promotion of logistics projects, improve the information system;
5. Monitor KPIs and operational performance from operational/financial perspective, and formulate and implement solutions to continuously improve performance.

3，负责属地业务拓展，商家服务，价格制定，提升本地区业务量；
4，负责物流项目改善推进，完善系统，落地培训、SOP建立，提升整体运营质量；
