Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of strategic Sales Management plans to achieve business objectives.

Develop and execute sales programs, including alliance and partnership initiatives.

Evaluate and optimize product/brand profitability and return-on-investment.

Ensure sales volume and profit targets are met through effective policy and strategy implementation.

Prioritize sales efforts and resource allocation for optimal sales execution.

Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

Skills & Qualifications8-10 years of experience in Sales Management or related field.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].

Proven track record of strategic leadership and policy implementation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial performance.
