Provide accurate financial analysis and guidance for decision making.

Business Support: Assist in achieving annual sales and financial targets.

Conduct financial analysis for product launches, marketing spend, and pricing decisions.

Implement cost control processes and provide early warnings on forecast deviations.

Advise on operational efficiencies and process improvements.

EFA Contract Management: Govern EFA agreements with robust due diligence and approval procedures.

Ensure EFAs are supported by required documentation and approved by authorized personnel.

Act as the main contact for EFA matters and manage contract compliance.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on EFA KPIs and action plans.

Lead compliance monitoring and ensure timely billing.

Collaboration: Partner with commercial, legal, and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and seamless execution.

Provide financial data for deal analysis and assist with revenue recognition criteria.

Other Responsibilities: Manage capital appropriation requests.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and build relationships with the local team.

Focus on organizational development and talent management.

Qualifications: Relevant experience in finance/accounting.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
