This role will report to Senior Manager, Field Services Spares Planning and based in Seoul, South Korea.

Role and Responsibilities Ensures accuracy, timing and execution of Field Service and spares demand and supply on a daily basis Acts as a liaison to the Field Services Operations team, work with purchasing team and manages demand-supply for Field Service items (cross-functional tie-in).

Work with purchasing team for supply management and Master scheduling for forecast management in ERP system.

Responsible for inventory control and part availability for field service inventory.

Conducts analysis and proactively coordinates actions with the Field Service cross-functional team to optimize service and inventory levels consistent with group goals and objectives.

Performs Oracle safety stock calculations, BOM structure accuracy reviews, develops and updates min/max planning parameters and spares-demand planning criteria Learns and uses tools to upload monthly Min/Max/Safety Stock data updates in Oracle Manages and coordinates Move Orders for weekly Depot replenishment from the central Field Service depot through Oracle to satellite depots.

Analyzes data, including enterprise requirements planning (ERP) information and prepares reports as needed to recommend actions ensuring optimal supply chain execution Maintains forecasting levels to ensure field service demands are met and measures forecast accuracy Evaluates and sets appropriate stocking levels for Field Services items in domestic & international distribution centers.

Evaluates cost optimization that considers restock cycle times and minimizes handling/logistics costs.

Performs ABC item stratification analysis to achieve inventory targets while meeting availability goals Drives the deployment of Field Services inventory management policies and ensures that the company achieves compliance Coordinates documentation of new processes with systematic training incorporated to insure sustainable improvements.

Facilitates the creation of inventory reduction plans that are backed by process improvements Performs accurate and timely Oracle transactions on need basis Completes and implements root cause corrective action processes to improve group performance Skills and Experience: Ability to think and act strategically: Strong analytical skills and business acumen required Able to achieve results on a consistent basis: Demonstrated ability to achieve results in multiple functions Minimum of 3-5 years of planning experience.

Preferred: 1-2 years of independent demand planning experience.

BS or BA Degree.

Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel ability including data analysis capability using Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, data extraction, and summarized reporting Performs well under pressure Undergraduate degree required Advanced understanding of quantitative and qualitative forecasting Business experience in managing Aftermarket / Service demand and inventory Highly advanced analytical and cognitive skills Must be a data driven creative thinker and have a vision to develop, document and apply new practices, policies and procedure Must possess an above average working knowledge of MRP.

Oracle experience and knowledge preferred.
