JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: The role works with Royal Canin Korea S&F (Finance) team based in Seoul.

This role is responsible for providing the Company’s financial forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.

This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making as co-pilot.

And this position is critical role in order to succeed to unit CFO.

What are we looking for?Minimun 5-7 years prior supervisory experience in FP&A, 10-12 years in Finance sector in overall BA in Accounting/CPA is preferred Strong accounting background with more than 5 years’ finanacial planning & analysis experience/ Budgeting & Forecasting & Closing process/ Management reporting with qualitative commentary/ GAP analysis Analytical and problem solving skills People leadership Influential on the communication without authority Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required MS office proficiency Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required Fluent in English for both writing & speaking What will be your key responsibilities?Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, overhead and net working capital.

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance Implement Dashboard reports based on KPIs Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing, as well as new projects Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives Prepare financials presentations for senior management team Priodic comments from Top to bottom with comparision of LY and Plan.

Preparing Budget details (periodic phasing/forecast year end landing/report to HFM by product range) and bottom up forecast Communicated with regional & HQ offices regarding additional queries about reporting packages and requested ad-hoc reports What can you expect from Mars?Work with over 140,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
