Job Description: About the Role: Unlike the traditional sales role, the Healthcare Solution Partner (HSP) will act as a new frontier representing Bei Gene Korea’s new-generation sales model.

Based on solid sales experience and knowledge, this role will leverage their knowledge gained from reimbursement process experience and digital engagement tools to open up a new way of influencing clients which will be the key to achieving strategic sales goals.

Reporting to the HSP lead, the Healthcare Solution Partner (HSP) will contribute to Bei Gene’s company and sales objectives by performing assigned sales-related activities and partnering with clinicians and other stakeholders to help improve the health and well-being of cancer patients.

With a primary goal of becoming trusted partners and providing value to health care practitioners (HCPs), the HSP will proactively engage customers to execute co-designed solutions that benefit patient, HCP and company. The HSP will provide HCPs with information that will enable them to use and prescribe Bei Gene’s product(s) and will be accountable for achieving territory-specific business and sales goals.

Also HSP will closely collaborate with cross-functional team (Access, MKT, Medical, Corporate affairs) to develop access strategy and customer facing message and will proactively engage with key external stakeholders to improve patient access of Bei Gene’s hematology product(s)The ideal candidate will have a solution-orientated mindset and a patient-centric approach; they will be capable of increasing engagement with customers by adjusting their channel, focus, and behaviour to influence, gain agreement and meet the customer’s preference and needs.

Also, the ideal candidate will be capable of solely managing the entire territory’s sales target and will achieve full compliance with drug laws and regulations when representing Bei Gene’s products to HCPs.

Qualification Required: Role Responsibilities: Develop and aggressively implements strong territory-specific sales plans to meet the customer needs and achieve business and sales goals Develop and execute strong local territory plans with cross-functional support.

The objective is to build customized engagement plans that drive best-in-class service, engagements and impact with a defined group of customers Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through interactions and establish superior working relationships with key hematologists in assigned territory Utilise data and analytics to prioritise engagements and interactions.

Understand customer channel preference, focus and behaviours and adjust style and delivery accordingly to deliver meaningful engagements with HCPs Promote Bei Gene’s products through value-add interactions with targeted HCPs in assigned territory.

Implement sales plans in line with marketing strategy Establish relationship with key external stakeholders and decision makers to coordinate commercial & access short/mid-term business objectives and maximize patient access Assists in the identification and resolution of issues, opportunities and communicates proactively to marketing and sales management Train and educate HCPs on data relating to Bei Gene’s products and support ongoing utilization Embrace innovative and transformational ways of doing things to accomplish things that others thought were impossible Achieve territory-specific business and sales goals Perform all administrative functions required of the position, including capturing customer engagements and codesigning cross-functional customer plans, in an online CRM system Consistently ensure operation in accordance with Bei Gene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.

Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy, Public Health or equivalent educational background Over 10 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with 3~5 years of Hematology and Oncology experience Experience on launching new products in sales team is preferred Proven relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Hematology and key external stakeholders on reimbursement process Capability to engage with target customers utilizing various digital engagement tools (e.g.
