We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Korea Sales Leader to join our team in the Advanced Circuit & Packaging business.

Develop sales talent : cultivate a highly engaged and top performing sales team, enhancing the talent pipeline.
Strategic leadership : formulate and executive a comprehensive business strategy across Advanced Circuit and Packaging and Interconnect Solutions business, championing commercial excellence Demand and Sales Forecasting : Ensure accurate demand and sales forecasting, proactively collaborate with the supply chain and demand teams to resolve issue.
Early Engagements with OEMs: Partner with OEMs and key fabricators during the early design phases to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities New Product Launches: lead global cross functional teams to launch new products, ensuring commercial excellence and effective communication.
Inspire and align diverse account teams to meet objectives Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong long term relationship with both external and internal stakeholders, driving customer intimacy and Partner of Choice initiatives for sustainable business growth with regional and global customers Cross-Regional Collaboration : In country sales team will collaborate Korea account operating abroad to prioritize project pipelines cross region.
Job Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, empower, and motivate diverse account teams, effectively manage plans and teams to achieve objectives Industry Experience : At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor, advanced packaging, or PCB sales operations Management Experience : A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in people and team management, and organizational development Key Competencies : Strong strategic thinking, influencing, communication, and problem solving skills with a strong customer orientation and execution capability Join our
