Job Description: About the Position The Medical Science Liaison/Sr Medical Science Liaison will establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) to create a better understanding of the Bei Gene’s products and increase product awareness.

MSL will be responsible for in-field(mainly, but not limited) execution of the medical affairs strategy of the designated therapeutic area and provide scientific support for marketed products and products in development.

Main Responsibilities This position supports the execution of the Medical Affairs plan in the field(mainly, but not limited) for the designated therapeutic area.

The MSL/Sr MSL (Medical Science Liaison) is the vital contact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Health Care Providers (HCP) and other key stakeholders for Bei Gene.

The MSL/Sr MSL will identify scientific opportunities to partner with external stakeholders and generate insights to enhance Bei Gene's Medical Affairs (MA) and clinical development plans.

The MSL/Sr MSL is required to combine their clinical expertise with strong business acumen and presentation skills to serve as the key channel of information for KOLs via scientific exchange.

Additional representative responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: Execute the Field Engagement Plan and support business objectives, such as Advisory board meetings, national/regional educational meetings, scientific conferences, KOL development programs, etc., and ensure its successful implementation.

Implement scientific communication strategy including key publications from Bei Gene trials and key messages in therapeutic area and Bei Gene brands to support business strategies and life cycle management.

Lead the medical activities with Medical advisor and have responsibility for medical activities’ operation Assist with execution of the MA plan to develop integrated KOL list, ensure sufficient KOL coverage by field visits & educational meetings, scientific projects, speaker training, etc.

and ensure proper tracking of these activities.

Work with KOLs in the relevant field to understand current clinical practice, challenges, and areas of unmet need.

Share insights with the wider organization to inform and guide strategy as needed.

Actively participate in cross functional meetings and share external customers' insights with internal stakeholders.

Work closely with Bei Gene cross functional team members to establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders for and on behalf of Bei Gene in all relevant areas to promote the Company's reputation, dedication to patients, and expertise in these areas.

Serve as a liaison for the submission and review of Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) proposals Support in HCP related requests / program for pre-approved products, namely NPP (Named Patient Program), EAP (Early Access Program)Liase with the Local Safety Officer for the following accountabilities (not limited to): Support local RMP activities with medical advisor Support the Global Clinical Operations team in assessing trials, identifying trial sites & new investigators, managing trials, and ensuring timely delivery of our clinical trial program in Korea.

Ensure compliance with country directives and ensure all MA activities are conducted with the utmost integrity.

Qualification Required: Experience/ Qualifications: Pharmacist or R.

N.

or equivalent with significant experience in all aspects of clinical trials and professional knowledge and skills working with hemato-oncology therapeutics.

Experiences in Solid Tumor indications (e.g.

Lung, Gastric, Liver, Esophagus) is preferred Relevant pharmaceutical or related industry experience (3~5 years or longer) in hemato-oncology with a proven track record of contribution to commercial, medical and/or clinical development strategies Solid peer relationships with and exposure to external scientific and clinical experts and Key Opinion Leaders; demonstrated ability to proactively engage internal and external leaders and serve as a medical expert for the Oncology or hematology disease area.

Understanding of commercial and scientific needs on a local and global basis.

Intimately familiar with applicable rules and regulations and actions of relevant regulatory bodies within the assigned Country/Region.

Recognized expertise in clinical and/or research experience (including publications) in the therapy area is desired; specialty training and/or clinical experience in hemato-oncology is highly preferred.

Proven ability to translate and appropriately align commercial and scientific goals and objectives and to interact productively with both commercial and scientific colleagues.

Highest ethical standards in corporate medical governance.

Experience delivering compelling and persuasive communications on complex and controversial topics to both corporate management and scientific audiences.

Successful track record of initiating and leading cross-business/cross-functional planning, collaborating and solution building.

Strong interpersonal skills to allow for successful interaction with peers across the organization to achieve corporate goals.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

English proficiency a must.

Ability to travel.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook), Proficient in Collaboration Tools - MS Teams, Sharepoint, Zoom, etc.

A quick learner for new technology and app.
