Regional Sales Manager Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Korea Location: Seoul, Korea The Regional Sales Manager has responsibility for managing and developing accounts and strategic customer relationships throughout the assigned territory as well as supporting the Enterprise and PSUs business through distribution.

Responsible for representing A10 Networks and selling its products and services to assigned accounts and distribution, you will employ a high-touch, high-value sales model to successfully position A10 Networks' technology into accounts and develop a robust sales pipeline leading to the achievement of Personal and Team quotas. What You’ll be Doing: Prepare formal proposals and presentations tailored for various organizational levels, including executives; lead negotiations and navigate complex decision-making processes to close sales efficiently Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development Facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer, A10 and its partners, including facilitating communication on strategic and tactical issues and maintaining continuity Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and government regulations that affect target markets Must understand organization’s business needs, develop application of products and services and communicate how A10’s technical value-added solutions will address those needs Research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly follow-up on leads and developing leads, and act to close deals Assume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, sales management)Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensure Sales Force is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis Develop and maintain detailed account profiles, including organizational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management quarterly Partner with internal teams and external channels to develop innovative technical solutions that enhance A10’s market presence Perform other related duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: BA Degree or relevant degree with 15+ years of sales experience, working as part of sales team selling network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets Solid experience in vertical sales strategy in Enterprise (manufacturing, financial, banking, retail, utilities, transportation, etc.) and Public sectors (central/local government, education, medical, etc.)A solid background in value-based selling and experience of working with ROI and TCO based proposals for customers, with prior relationships with a wide range of accounts and channel partners Experience of a two-tier Distribution model is a must, along with strategic planning ability to build a stable business stream The ability to work under pressure with limited resources and self-motivation for new challenges to successfully deliver results A good working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC), as well as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point Demonstrated selling skills in a complex matrix environment Demonstrates effective use of internal relationships and resources Strong ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload, develop and manage pipeline and forecasting Industry specific experience with proven track record in account planning and successful execution are required Highly require the selling experience with success to large scale companies and customers Way to Stand Out Familiarity with methodologies such as Logical Selling, TAS, MEDDIC, and Challenger Sale In-depth knowledge of Application, Security and Network Infrastructure and will be familiar with all aspects of the network as well as developing technology trends A10 Networks is an equal opportunity employer and a VEVRAA federal subcontractor.
