Location: KR - South Korea - AK10 Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Katrena Calimag Sponsorship Available: No Relocation Assistance Available: No Job Responsibilities: Plan, Implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance to achieve financial objectives (a) unit target (b) GP amount Development of channel strategies and programs both short term & long term focus aligned to company business direction, objective & strategies Management of GP by product & channel mix, GTN, and pricing.

More volume initiatives by new customer development, new product successful launching and price & volume management Creating/Providing customer value proposition to customers by executing business consulting, training, sales strategies, marketing program, and claim to handle with consumers.

Work with dealers to develop sub-dealers by deploying best business practice and integrate within key customer plans Activities include planning, reporting, sales objective setting and reporting, sales program implementation and territory mapping.

Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement working closely with sales team prioritizing opportunities; Coordinates with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for Operational Excellence.

Manage daily & weekly analysis on sales unit, price & margin, and implement an efficient information flow among Marketing, SC and Finance.

Activities include planning, reporting, sales objective setting and reporting, sales program implementation and territory mapping.
