You will be responsible for: Planning & Forecasting Prepare planning for the Customer Service business unit (MBBP and FC’s), including Revenue, Sales Discounts and Costs of Goods Sold Prepare and manage the budget for PDC costs Ensure continuous alignment of plan and forecast with the business unit Prepare and submit the Risk Management plan in MBBP and FC after alignment with Business unit Actuals Submission & Reporting Ensure Timely submission and accuracy of Actuals in the internal reporting system on a monthly basis Prepare monthly financial report on Planning vs.
Actual and report to the relevant stakeholders (business unit, HQ and management) Financial Analysis & Discount and Variable Cost Controlling: Provide financial evaluation of special sales campaigns and performance incentive scheme Monitor and track Customer Services discount spending through the discount tracking tool and reports Review and validate payment calculation for dealer subsidy and variable bonus Provide financial analysis for business proposals from the business unit, including the evaluation of its profitability Contribute to financial/ efficiency aspects to review of strategic or operational business requirements and financially evaluate MBK Customer Service business unit’s growth measures.
Consult and guide the business unit on the financial perspective.
Plan, forecast and monitor key variable costs/provisions related to Customer Service to ensure validity of the planning assumptions Pricing Analyze parts pricing logic and dealer discount scheme Review service product pricing, including evaluation of the pricing logic and assumptions Review digital product pricing, including evaluation of the pricing logic and assumptions Process and Controls Involve in daily Customer Service operation to ensure business profitability as planned and to prevent a deviation from internal control process of MB Korea Implement and maintain solid processes to prevent audit findings and ICS deficiencies Qualifikationen Minimum B.
A.
