Yuyuan Supervisor Full time Position : Supervisor Four Seasons Hotel Seoul The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Yuyuan Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests.
This position reports to the Restaurant Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities Participates in the service, and removal of food during operations by offering pre-determined menu selections to each table; maintaining knowledge of each selection’s, origin, taste, and preparation method Communicating guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen; checking completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order Transporting items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality and making self available to guests, clients, and group contacts to ensure satisfaction.
Train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of food servers ensuring that that all cultural and core standards are met.
Assist with administrative duties including closing banquet checks, and preparing supply requisitions.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management Minimum three years food service or related work, previous supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting MUST be fluent in written and spoken Korean.
Ability to work with written and spoken English is preferred.
Visa Requirements Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
