You will be in charge of acquiring creator agency, community growth, and business partnership in Tik Tok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow Tik Tok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with agencies. - Formulate agency strategies based on market and competitive research - Developing new entertainment agencies and forming partnerships - Providing support for live streaming activities including report creation for entertainment agencies - Creating manuals and community guidelines for entertainment agencies - Conducting workshops for entertainment agencies - Management of goals and KPI and data analysis - Planning and executing other related policies
