About the Role Monks is hiring for a HR Generalist - 1 year contract. As HR Generalist at Monks, you will support the operations and people strategy to ensure we’re delivering an exceptional employee experience as we scale rapidly.

Roles & Responsibilities HR Support HRBP in Seoul office to manage ER Cases: Investigate, document, and resolve ER cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and maintaining confidentiality.
Conduct Employee Interviews (junior to middle level): Interview employees involved in ER cases, mediating conflicts, providing counseling, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions if necessary.
Support on implementation of HR Policies with the guidance of HRBP in Seoul office and Head of HR of North Asia: Interpret and communicate HR policies to employees, fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
Employee Relations: Proactively address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as required.
DEI events and activities; Support HRBP in Seoul office to implement DEI events and activities in KR office Support the Implement global/regional HR programs with the instruction from the HRBP in Seoul office and HR of HR of North Asia.
Recruitment Support the APAC Talent Discovery Lead on finding the best talent for our Korea team.
This includes sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Working with the APAC Talent Discovery team on maintaining and updating Greenhouse (ATS) and relevant trackers, ensuring they are up to date and accurate Supporting recruitment best practices and advising/educating stakeholders on the recruitment process Support the APAC Talent Discovery team on projects from process improvement to DE&I About You 연차보다는, 깊이있는 고민과, HR에 대한 역량을 중점으로 봅니다.
