Main ResponsibilityI. Compensation & Benefits•Manage salary administration processes and employee’s cost to ensure compliance with compensation policies.• Assess and develop and implement overall compensation and benefits programs including base salary, allowances, bonus, recognition and benefit programs to be consistent with the company compensation philosophy and value, which is market based, performance-based and business driven.•Manage merit budget, Develop annual wage and benefit plan submittal to Emerson Corporate. • Manage evaluation of new roles and re-evaluation of existing roles when business situation changes. • Develop and participate in market survey to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company’s competitiveness.•Monitor reward systems and salary structure which are both competitive and equitable to acquire and retain high quality employees•Coordinate all programs to ensure alignment with Asia Pacific and Global HR initiative.•Ensure compliance with local regulations on all compensation related.II. HR Procedures and Policies:•Implement and review HR procedures and policies needed by the business•Update and maintain Employee Handbook•Manage Employee Management Council and Disciplinary CommitteeIII. HRIS•Develop and oversee administration of HR systems to increase HR operational efficiency, ensure data integrity and support management and regulatory reporting.•Manage HRIS by ensuring accurate employee data, alignment with Global processes and calendars and provides consultation to clients groups on the effective utilization of global systems and processes•Manages annual projects and coordinates ad hoc projects as needed.IV. Employee Relations•Manage Labor Management Council quarterly•Participate Women Impact Network and support WIN program with WIN members•Manage Disciplinary Committee as HR memberIt will be changed based on business situation Education/ Training/ Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above (Majoring business administration is • Minimum 10 years in human resources (at least 5 years in C&B experiences)• Proven having solid HR expertise, Data analyst skill, strong background in Compensation and Benefits• Comprehensive knowledge of Korean Labor law and employment regulation• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving skills with in-depth strategic thinking and planning.• Excellent English language and computer skills
