Main Responsibility Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently Collect, calculate, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this Determine payroll liabilities by calculating employee’s social insurance, tax, year-end tax adjustment, global tax return and workers compensation payments with outsourcing vendor(Including Foreigners, Expat) Resolve payroll discrepancies Maintain payroll operations by internal policies and procedures Update payroll process guideline regularly Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed Perform and review Labor Cost budgeting(Burden rate, Accrual. Manage Retirement Pension accrual with Towers Watson. Review prepared payroll data for external/internal audit. Review and Proposal Sales bonus/Variable bonus scheme/ calculation and payout. Manage Group life insurance, Workers compensation insurance, Travel insurance. Review and proposes Bonus Schemes aligned with business strategies with HR director. Provide information and answer employee questions about payroll related matters. Manage HRMS of payroll vendor including OT, leave, other payroll and leave related communication template Communicate annual leave use status and encourage to use annual leave through formal leave plan submission Prepare and issue yearend income tax settlement and it’s statements. Maintain employee records in HCM Coordinate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data. Provide administrative assistance for HR related data generation Handle offboarding process Education/ Training/ Experience Preferred Payroll administration experience and relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits Excellent English language and computer skill Knowledge of Korea labor act Strong and proven analytical skills Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) Excellent Communication skills Strong Negotiation skills Strong Time Management skills Self-management skills Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines Team Player
