Standort: Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Korea, Seoul Square, Seoul Startdatum:..4 Veröffentlichungsdatum:..4 Stellennummer: MER3 FTUArbeitszeit: Vollzeit Bewerben Aufgaben HR Specialist This position is aimed to ensure overall HR operation procedures for all Mercedes-Benz Mobility legal entities in Korea (Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Korea & Mercedes-Benz Mobility Korea) in line with the global HR strategy, including process optimization, management of HR system and employee data, etc.
HR Operations and Data Management Initiate overall HR processes for employee life cycle from hire to exit Manage overall HR operations, including working hour management Manage data quality of personnel changes in HR systems, and prepare the status change report for monthly payroll process Conduct 1st reviewer role for HR data and liaise with HR shared service for HR personnel data Monitor HR Headcount reporting and make sure the data in the system is % accurate Support and execute the HRIS implementation project.
Review HR processes are aligned with internal policy and also local regulations and provide continuous improvements in HR processes Perform any other newly launched projects, initiatives, and tasks Support for visa and social insurance requirements for foreign employees Manage and operations for agency workers related tasks Organization & Development Execute annual employee development programs Initiate the employee development programs such as Leadership, product training, global program roll-out Coordinate mandatory trainings required by local regulations and group policies Conduct training demand analysis and develop training plans for upcoming year Execute global employee engagement surveys and pulse checks Talent Acquisition Support the overall recruitment process and implement the improvements of the process Manage and operate the recruitment system Manage and handle various talent sourcing channels Execute the onboarding process and support for Newcomer Day 1 and the employee experience journey Preparation and compilation of various HR reports Provide regular internal and external reports on internal controls, compliance and data privacy (e.g.
FSS, CREFIA, Mo EL, etc)Prepare regular ESG-related report for HQ reporting Provide various internal and external HR-related reports Others Execute tasks related to the team’s procurement process Handle regular invoice processing Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader Qualifikationen Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law is preferred Experience Over 5 years of HR experience (working experience in multi-national company and financial services industry is preferred)Experience in operating and implementing the Workday system is preferred Experience in designing and managing working hour policies is preferred Specific knowledge Knowledge of labor-related laws Excellent communication skills in both Korean & English Self-motivated and result-driven attitude Excellent teamwork skills; ability to take ownership of projects and work with inter-departmental functions to achieve project completion in a smooth and timely manner High level of competency in MS Office (esp.
