Hauptaufgaben
Serves as a human resources specialist performing a variety of assignments related to the study, analysis, evaluation, development or improvement of HR programs and policies, guidelines, practices, methods and procedures and the management of US and KN civilian personnel programs. Performs a variety of technical work involved in the study, analysis, evaluation, development or improvement of HR management policies, practices, methods and procedures. Performs assignments in the formulation of HR policies and programs to better manage the civilian workforce. Makes recommendations for the establishment of new or revised personnel management policies and regulations. Provides support and advisory services to all levels of management relative to civilian personnel management for 8 A directorates and MSCs. Provides advices and assistance to management officials on recruitment methods and options, reviews and compares requests for recruitments against workforce manning documents to ensure positions requested to be filled are authorized, enduring, and validated positions. Processes all types of KN and U. S. personnel actions for 8 A organizations and Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs). Reviews request for Benefits and Entitlements and request for extensions of authorized benefits and entitlements. Participates in US and KN civilian personnel program evaluations in support of the 8 A Command Inspection Program (CIP) throughout the region. Performs other duties as assigned.
