Description What you’ll do:•Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for the processing of materials into finished products.•Design and execute methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.•Assess projects to analyze risks and costs and provide recommendations to optimize quality and efficiency.•Analyze reports and returned products to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.•Recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.•Prepare comprehensive documentation for inspection and testing procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous performance improvements.•Support supplier and supply chain quality initiatives, including audits, evaluations, and performance monitoring.•Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
What you’ll bring:•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.•0-2 years of work experience in quality assurance or a related role.•Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, theories, and concepts.•Familiarity with inspection and testing methodologies.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•Proficiency in using standard office software and applications.•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.•Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and procedures.•Openness to receiving feedback and willingness to improve.
