Performance bonus: Incentives of KRW 100,000 to KRW 650,000 per month are paid differently depending on the class booking rate
Split Bonus: KRW 100,000 from 1st to 6th month / KRW 200,000 from 7th month
Saturday allowance: 150,000 won each twice a month
Vacation: 11 days (first year) / Afterwards, 15 days paid leave is granted from the renewal of the contract
